The film fails to capture the allure of the 'Qinglong Fortress' setting. Director Yang Haiting struggles to build the necessary tension for a 'final battle', resulting in a chaotic mess of pacing and emotion. 罗立群's performance is stiff and lacks psychological depth, while Du Yiheng and Du Le are trapped in one-dimensional roles. The visual and sound effects are mediocre, unable to salvage the loose script. This is a forgettable entry in the historical action genre, lacking both entertainment and artistic merit.
